One can also predict, with a fair amount of certainty, that Eddie’s not going to die. It doesn’t take good eyesight to see Eddie’s accident and Eve’s decision coming from miles away. While this is a valid point, I don’t like the outcome of storylines forecasted to me. One could argue that if you don’t like your TV with a generous handful of devastation, this isn’t the show for you. We were just hoping for one huge heartbreak.
